Jim (jimmy jam) Cappelletti is a New York City-based photographer and the owner of Central Bark West, LLC, a dog walking and boarding business. With an eye and focus on urban street photography, Jim captures captivating moments within moments, skillfully blending elements of landscape architecture, social dynamics, and reflection. Originally from Shaker Heights, Ohio, Jim has called New York City home for nearly thirty years. His diverse background includes extensive travels as a member of the dance company Momix and as a freelance dancer with Pilobolus, along with occasional ventures as a semi-professional wiffleballer. Jim has also worked in arts management, having served as Company Manager and Director of Theater Operations for The Joyce Theater, as well as Company Manager for Limon Dance Company. A proud graduate of The Ohio State University's BFA and MFA dance programs, Jim's passions extend beyond photography, dance and dogs—he's also a skilled cook and pit master.
